"The staff is racist. On the evening of 10/20 we visited Racks the waitress required a card to be put of file and a up front 25.00 charge was required to be put on the card before any food or drinks were ordered. We were told it would be refunded. One of my guest questioned this request because they had patronized the establishment before and was never ask to do this. We left and we will never return. I also took a look at your reviews saw another customer complained about a racist encounter a month ago. I think I will be reporting the nonposted policy that was attempted on my guest and report it to the Better Business Bureau. You must post your policy and it must be required by all. To address your response, no I would not like to talk about this situation due to your response being the same to the other customers review a month ago. Which confirms you were aware of a another racists incident in your establishment. I have already reported your establishment to the Better Business Bureau."

"We stopped here for lunch on a whim. Service was excellent and attentive and helpful. Place was very clean and the food, was extraordinary! It was a lot and we both brought home leftovers. "Ive been a long time fan of this little place, and was introduced to me by my son. being from northern maine, ive had my share of poutine...this place beats the pants off of any ive ever had, delicious.took my son there yesterday and was appalled by the market price of a lobster roll...$32!!!!!!!! that is a ship the meat to nebraska price, not fresh meat 10 miles from down the road. id surprised if there was more than a couple ounces of meat.hell, the waterboro market/deli offers a lobster roll for $15.99, and it is stuffed!may have lost a customer. im fairly disappointed."
