"This place is so good! I was craving some southern comfort food and I ran into dome bbq. I came one afternoon and had their pull port sandwich . It was very good and flavorful. They have their own bbq sauce and you might want to add some additional flavor. I also noticed that they served breakfast so I had to come back and have their breakfast burrito . What I love about the place it is that it is outdoor sitting and you get a view of the mountains while having breakfast. The staff is very friendly and the owner is around to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. If you are in Seward and you are craving some southern bbq, this is your spot."

"The shrimp and halibut combo was enough for 2 people. Shrimp wasn’t anything special, but was good and the halibut was perfectly battered and fried. The chicken burger was ok, typical processed chicken patty deep fried. The coconut shrimp was out favorite. Service was great, and restaurant was clean. I’d come back if I end up back in Seward."

"HOLY SMOKES, SMOKE SHACK!!! Easily my favorite place for breakfast in Seward. I just tried the breakfast sandwich for the first time and it was INCREDIBLE! How did they make it sooooo good? I don't know... I thought for a moment about putting it down to look inside and examine what was giving it so much awesome flavor, but I couldn't stop shoveling it down my gullet. I've also had their B&G, Burritos, and my all time favorite, Carmelitas, which are breakfasty nachos. Lunch is also great! Spicy pork is my go to. Can't say enough about this local favorite! -Clay"

"Guy behind the counter was a complete jerk. He said he couldn’t be bothered with people deciding what they wanted while at the counter. Then we were told that burrito items can’t be changed out (I have food allergies . He acted really put out when I asked. The meat in the burrito was some kind of weird meat hash stuff that I could not eat. There was no ice. The soft drinks were literally lukewarm. They did empty a convenience store bag of ice into the bin and that lasted a couple minutes. The food was just okay. We got French toast, pancakes, oatmeal, a bagel and some burritos. They were what one would expect from a remote Alaska town. But the guy behind the counter killed it for us. (PS: There are Christianity signs all over the place. The Christian music inside was very loud [and not good music]. If you’re going to act like you acted with us, please take those signs down."

"Cute spot! They have a shared outdoor space shared with a few other businesses also operating out of old train cars. Inside it 's cozy and there 's a couch and some fun things to browse (like a very sexy Mountain Men of Alaska calendar). However, their coffees certainly have room for improvement. Northern Lights Lavender Latte $4.75 2.5 stars Cappuccino $5.50 2 stars Our coffees weren 't great. The lavender was interesting but could have been more subtle. The cappuccino was overly bitter. The foam on both drinks was very flat. At least both drinks were hot."
