"I fought for my lunch break. the food was good and quickly came out, but the service left something to wish. there was a coworker who took orders and entertained the lobby. she was all business and no hospitality. I wanted to stay and work for a bit on my laptop but went to Denny?s next door because she was delivered such stressy vibes."

"This Taco Bell went downhill fast. We used it for the past year it was fine. The last month/few weeks have been terrible. This was all one order. Our potatoes came with THAT much sour cream, the potatoes you are seeing are all that came with that sour cream… A bean burrito, PACKED with just onions. What was supposed to be a fresco black bean chalupa… then a cheesy bean rice burrito. With no cheese/beans/or rice. Just a tortilla with sauce in it. Disappointing frustrating spending money on food that you can’t eat. Other items we didn’t capture pictures of, same deal… things ordered without sour cream had it oozing out of it. We have had one really nice guy at the window at a late night shift, that was it. We won’t be visiting this Taco Bell again or likely any other locations."

"Update- sent the follow up email request from below to Cafe Rio Customer service on August 24th and still no reply. Seems like the immediate replies on Google Reviews are lip service and likely reflects the poor service at the stores.Great food but horrible customer service! Asked for no rice and then when they still added rice and pointed it out, they brushed off the rice into the garbage sack and proceeded to finish my burrito! If that wasn 't enough, they couldn 't process my buy one get one free in my app. They tapped ordering online and when that didn 't work, put the blame on me. Treat your customers like they are the ones helping make payroll...."

"This is the best Astroburger location of the three I have visited. The food was good and so was the customer service. My son loved the chicken nuggets and said they were the best he’s tasted. The Midvale location wasn’t so good with the food but had decent customer service. The South Salt Lake City location had horrible food and horrible customer service. They wouldn’t even accept Astroburger gift cards."

"Having recently moved to the south end of the SL Valley, we have been looking for good Mexican food. We ordered the Pancho Villa, which, although not listed as a combination plate (and they had over 50 combination plates), included so much food that we shared (and still took some home). The tacos were served on the side and were chock full of tasty shredded beef and al pastor meat. The chile relleno and smothered chile verde burrito were delicious. The rice and beans were predictably good. Their homemade salsa is very good. I have never been served so many chips at a Mexican restaurant. Everything about this meal and this restaurant were wonderful!"

"We were at my birthday in Biscotts yesterday. We wanted to get Black Forest and Mangokuchen in Pakistan. We tried Biscott's both taste Black Forest and Mango and we got the same taste we were also using at home. The place is very clean, the staff is very nice. Good customer service . Very recommended"
