"When my husband tried to order a large dark roast coffee, he was told we 're out of coffee . I thought he was joking. The place is called coffee bean , how could they not have coffee. When we asked another employee, she looked at us like we were crazy and said of course we have coffee . But the coffee she served was the wrong beans. And they forgot about our muffins in the microwave so they were cold. I could understand if they were busy, but there were very few customers there. I 've had good experiences at this store in the past, but today 's employees were the very definition of incompetent."

"Eating was good steak very hard. I love the potatoes. I ordered by door dash. the people working for door dash have closed pockets. I ordered pancakes. I didn't get any butter or syrup. why shouldn't a restaurant give this flavor. I will never order from this place again. it is their responsibility to train employees to give the consumer syrup and butter. was not happy because no one fixes the problem. I paid a fee, paid for food, and a tip."

"I waited 20min of my 30min break for dry chicken tacos that were mid. definitely do not recommend as the people after me were still being served and not even their orders were right. maybe a more competent staff would help with timely service"

"Got some brunch delivered. Gravy was great along with the potatoes. I also enjoyed the biscuits and the bacon/sausages. The egg scramble wasn?t my vibe though. It was more like a stir fry flavor texture sadly. Place isn?t like it used to be for sure. Not a place to frequent when many other breakfast/brunch spots try to bring their best for comparable prices food options."
