"They serve frozen food. I used to really like los primos. We often eat there. Tonight they were out of steak so I couldnt get steak tacos. I ordered empanadas. When they came out they were only warm on the outside and my fork would not go through them. They were frozen solid on the inside. Los Primos served me frozen empanadas. The server apoligised and took my meal off the bill. The manager did not speek to me or apologize. This resturant is not selling fresh food or food that they made. They are serving frozen food. I was disturbed by their lack of concern or shame.Dietary restrictions: The food is pre packed frozen. They dont know whay the ingredients are."
