"I am Mexican and I didn´t like Tex-Mex food until I tried the burritos at Fresco Grill. They are just fantastic, super fresh ingredients, perfectly well seasoned and generous portions. The owners and in general all staff are very nice and friendly. Absolutely recommendable."

"The setting of this place is great, but the food doesn't fit. I had a salad with grilled chicken and it was probably the simplest salad bowl I had over 10 euros. Since I don't like Asian dressing, I asked for traditional oil and...Ginegar, the latter was not available and I paid extra for some olive oil."

"The first time I ate here the food was nice, but the waitress was really uncomfortable. I wondered nicely about a charger and she laughed ironically and said I didn't use it (Oh plz!!! Who isn't 2020??? Anyway, when I finished my meal... I asked about the bathroom and again she laughed and said we have no toilets here (OMG, why are you doing here all day? You use diapers or smth!?? You don't have toilets in this restaurant or chargers, what can I do? I decided to give the unpleasant waitress a second chance because the food was good and cheap. On the second day I ordered a dish, but two ingredients were missing. They said they could replace them with everything I chose, so I said cheese. They only literally put 2 cm cheese Lol. Besides, the dish was with acid cream. It happened that the acid cream was KETCHUP!!! and it was really disgusting. There was too much ketchup and I felt like I was just eating ketchup with some other ingredients that weren't even fresh. Ew! Never again! Oh, and the worst part, I drank my whole water trying to swallow the disgusting ketchup, so before I asked the waitress at the counter if she could refill my bottle of water and she said you have to pay for it and was like Whaaat!!!! WTF! I'm sorry, I guess you didn't understand, I want tap water. OMG, I just couldn't believe it, where is humanity?? The water is free, at least the tap water!!! You even had a touch on the screen of the commands tap water o_o!! Yeah, never again."

Es ist auch nicht immer alles verfügbar.Getränke: ausgezeichnetPersonal: sehr bemüht, lieb, charmant, aufmerksamAber: der Wirt, dem Dank dafür gebührt, dass er dieses Lokal mitten in Hernals ermöglicht hat, ist sehr oft anwesend, scheint sich aber auch bei hoher Frequenz und bereits wartenden Gästen kaum zu beteiligen, sondern sitzt mit seinen Stammgästen rauchend am Tisch, obwohl gerade Gäste warten, um bestellen oder zahlen zu können. Das Personal, das sich gelegentlich auch noch gegenseitig einschulen muss, ist zu gewissen Zeiten mit hohem Andrang überfordert, erhält aber - zumindest als wir dort waren - kaum Unterstützung vom Chef, der sich ausschließlich um eine kleine Clique zu kümmern scheint.Dennoch werden wir bei Gelegenheit wieder kommen."
