"If they are a foodie who is curious about authentic baja south cuisine, they should definitely visit la cobriza. here you will find another selection of traditional oriented and local foods, including prickly birne “pitahaya” jam, local wine including prickly pears! , homemade breads,...local cheese, burritos not the American version, the actual real traditional cache, empanadas, roasted salsas from scratch, etc. articles tend to sell, so make sure they go before 10 o'clock. the service is something on the slow side, but that didn't disturb me much. my favorites were the empanadas, the roasted chili salsa absolutely tasty and the wild plant brot “pan de ciruelita del monte” . they also offer an interesting calibre hot drink “atole de bellota that I only recommend it because it is very different and they probably never had before. it's pretty good, I didn't know that corpses grow in this region. the owner told me that all his products come from local farms and producers who use the local good quality ingredients and are proud to make these products with the traditional way and wise. important: only cash. takes no credit cards for more restaurants and travel recommendations visit my blog geri food wine and travel"

"I sat there in total unbelief. the server that pick up the salsa tablets brought them back into the kitchen and the dame that was the salsa station, poured the salsas back into container that she would then n pour back into other container and...serve again! I have loved this place for years, loved, loved and would always make it a point to visit it. I have family, friends and sad the last time I visited, I was with my friend and felt embarrassing and disgusting. I told everyone I know my experience. do not visit this restaurant. it is unhealthy and possibly was a huge spreader of. I would give this place “zero” if possible!"

"Elegant restaurant packed with local, so always a good sign. the building is beautifully decorated and very picturesque. pricing is very good, but they claimed that their credit card machine did not work, which seemed suspicious. is shown the Novino omelet that was incredible. little has. her “crazy waffle” sworn, which was perfectly designed for children. service was the weak point. it took us two hours from the time when we had set ourselves until we were finally gone. we had to hunt our waitress down several times for objects, because our table seemed simply forgotten. overall, eating was incredible and while the service could definitely be faster, we would certainly come back here."
