"It is truly and authentic experience. A small shack.. But with a lot of value. As you entered you can actually feel like you are in a part of Mexico. The atmosphere, the decor and lighting suits to the establishment. A simply designed menu. The...food is actually delicious even though the wait for food is a bit longer. But its worth the wait. The pulled pork taco and Lamb Ribs were nice. The chef needs to learn not to fill up the plate that much. The Lamb were juicy and tender. You can actually see that it is cooked fresh not pre-cooked. My friends ordered a share platter and it was really good as well. The salads were great as well. That was the first time I tried that kind of a salad. Thank you for your experience."

"This place has some delicious hummus! We ordered the herbed hummus platter appetizer and it was great. It came with fresh veggie sticks and warm, soft pita bread. My most favorite food to order here is the veganized spring roll appetizer. Mention to the staff you’re vegan and they’ll accomodate you. I would give more stars if they had more vegan entree choices. Updated from previous review on 2018-01-11"

"Great place, great atmosphere and amazing interior. Staff were friendly and great deal for $35 per head for our birthday group and they made it easy to pay and organise. Very accomodating... definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for decent mexican with an awesome vibe."

"Had a lovely breakfast at Gas this morning, a busy but charming cafe serving a combination of the standard breakfast fare together with Mediterranean delights, and great coffee...I had poached eggs on Turkish bread, with my wife having a Turkish salad, with mushrooms, bacon, pumpkin fritter and eggs. Both were nicely cooked and tasty, service attentive, polite and very helpful in explaining the extensive menu.The chicken roti looked great too, so something to try on our next visit.Should be something here to suit all tastes.Only $80 for four of us with 2 rounds of coffee, good value.Recommended"

"After living in Italy for the last year we came back to Florida to renew our drivers license and we had to get our fix of Mexican food as Italy has none! El Sombrero was delicious and satisfied our Mexican cravings! We had been here a couple years ago on the weekend and enjoyed the Mariachi band! Truly a wonderful experience! If we make it back to Florida again someday we will definitely be back!"
