"I hate giving a bad review as I would always prefer to give a place a chance to respond and correct a problem I report in hopes I can give a good review. Unfortunately in this case I was not able to even get through to anyone to listen to my complaint. I have been ordering off and on throughout the last year through Grubhub because of Covid. I have placed about 11 orders and although not an exact count, at least 5 of those orders have had one or more things wrong with them or something left out. Only the last time and today did I report the problem on the Grubhub order site and got my money back. That is not what is important to me, what I want is my order right the first time! I feel ALL delivery orders, no matter how busy the store, should be double checked before going out! Today after placing my order online, I called the store to ask a manager to double check my order before sending it out. I was placed on hold with a curt “hold please” and could hear orders being processed in the background. After 5.5 minutes I hung up. I tried the number back and pressed the same option and have not been able to get anything but a busy signal for the last hour and half. Perhaps I am still on hold there. My order arrived in the meantime and was wrong again. I will keep trying to speak to a manager today, but have already placed a call to the District Manager. So disappointing. I have one star because the food tasted good."

"I'm going to lunch quite regularly here. The food here is a little gland, but still decent. Lines move quickly so that I can easily get in and out even if it is busy. The staff is really nice. Free guacamole on Monday make it even more worth it."

"Expectations surpass. that was my first visit to kay bob and I must say I am impressed. I have the tante kay, which is essentially a Greek gyro, but on steroids of deliciousness. I begin with the white flatbread- soft, tasteful, but thick enough so that it maintains the consistency, even if the juices from the hen taste in it. the hew was very juicy and tastefully she marinated it in saffron and yogurt and lemon (i think they grill that, toss on some tomaten (nice and bright red-clear fresh from the farm), salat, green wobble, and this yogurt-like sauce. "Seat yourself restaurant with, in my opinion, speedy service from the waiter. I ordered the Chile Verde which I thought was exceptional. Food was cooked well and was served in a timely manner. Prices were not bad at all! Lunch menu is affordable. They do bring out chips and salsa for you to munch on while you are waiting for your apps and entrees to arrive. I thought the use of Corona bottles as salt and pepper shakers was super adorable and resourceful. If I am ever back in Nashville, I will absolutely head this way."

"I have not been to Baja in a VERY long time. Maybe 8 years or so....just got to say WOW! it really hasn't changed at all. We went on a Friday night and it was jam packed! We got a regular chicken tinga burrito and a salad with steak. All the ingredients tasted fresh and service was quick. You have to get the fruit tea!"
