"Service was great, very friendly. Don't eat so much. Added shrimp to my noodles for 4.95 and received a crisp 5 shrimps. My peanut noodle dish (which I usually love) did not taste as it should. On top, hubby loved his teriyaki dish."

"Noodlebox used to be so amazing, but it has lost some of it's tastiness. I'm not sure if the quality of food has gone down. They have replaced the cashews in my Kung Pao with cheaper peanuts for example. I hope they aren't getting too...big."

"I remember when this place was amazing. In fact I used to get it from a cart in Victoria bc before they opened real restaurants. Unfortunately its absolutely terrible now. Basically whatever starch you get noodles, rice ect is all thats in the box with some sauce and whatever vegetables and protein is like a garnish. So sad to see it becoming such a terrible place. 20$ for Drunken Noodle Box thats actually just 3$ worth of noodles and a little sauce should be illegal!!"

"*Update I took an extra moment to call in and tell someone about my experience and the very polite young lady explained that they were short staffed and that they may have had some challenges in the kitchen last night. Before I could really reply much she offered me a full credit for my meal at the Noodlebox. You can’t ask more of any business than to own their mistakes and offer a solution in an effort to repair your faith in them.That is exactly what they did! I have changed my rating to 5 stars to reflect their response I had a great experience the first time at this location about a month ago. So I thought I would try it again.This experience was completely different.1. I ordered Pad Thai with Chicken and Shrimp, no broccoli, no Asian veg, no cilantro and no sprouts.2. My meal had dry chicken, dry noodles, peanuts, some egg and the shrimp were decent.3. It was missing the onions and chives on topConsidering that I paid an extra $7.80 for my meal… almost twice what the base meal was… I did expect a little more.If it had been just my meal that was completely off, I could see maybe there is some confusion somehow."
