"Decided to order a takeaway hence rang their beford park location only to get an invalid number hence rang their belair restaurant. The operator told me that bedford park is closed down ages ago however they dont have internet permissions to change it. No further assistance asked. Asked them if v can order from belair branch only to get a rude reply that they close at 9 pm n its 0855 pm. Told them on d website its 10 pm only to get another rude reply that I should have seen d menu page n not the home page. After a terrible conversation didnt bother visiting. Went to another indian restaurant n v loved it. Honestly I was looking forward to visit u cos m from mumbai n ur restaurant has d same name n ur head chef is from mumbai however I m never gonna try again"

"This was the worst experience ever. I made a reservation with the Olive Green Kitchen using my Groupon voucher. On arrival they were having a private children's party and told me they had no booking in my name. They offered no apology for there booking error and were in fact completely dismissive of the whole situation. Whilst we were there another party of 2 people & 4 people came in an had the same experience. I do not think we all lied about our bookings. After a huge amount of confusion the staff eventually claimed responsibility and we were offered a takeaway of which we accepted. However soon after our takeaway order went through the Owner of the business came out and rudely advised that he was not going to do this he was very aggressive and extremely unprofessional. We were completely shocked and very upset by the way were were being spoken to "reminding him this was not of our doing"!!!! it was at this moment we walked out, I have never experienced a Business Owner treating customers so disgracefully we will NEVER return."
