"I have eaten lunch several times at the Uptown Tavern and have always had a very enjoyable meal. I go out regularly with a group of friends and we have already been twice to the Uptown based on the food, service and reasonable prices. I would recommend this to anyone looking for good value in a friendly, pub-style atmosphere. The homemade daily soup specials are excellent and I often order the quesadillas or the fish and chips which are also great."

"No clientele when we went in. Hard to tell what was cooked fresh because the menus was extensive, all over the map. Is it a pub? What's the regular clientele ordering? Nachos. Indian dish and wings were ordered. They were out of ribs. Waitress was delightful but the place seemed like it needed a make over on either the menu or the decor. Interior looked more like a fish and chip joint."
