"Your trusty and respected HRM food reviewer here... Sir E cant say enough good things about Byblos! So, I'll stick to what must be said: Byblos is a very nice, relaxing and clean establishment that boarders authentic fine dining. The waiter (whom E believes is also be the owner) is a fantastic host who is easy to get wrapped up in conversation with and has great wisdom. The food is by far the best Lebanese food in HRM and Byblos has a vast menu that E wants to try more of. Don't forget to have a couple glasses of the house red at a very reasonable price! E thought it was quite nice quite nice indeed. This restaurant is being overlooked with so many lunatics flocking to Mizu all you can eat right next door, and Sir E urges you all give Byblos a try! E"

"Food quality is low and the price is not aligned with that quality. First meal in a long, long time that I can recall not finishing due to quality.Club sandwich was extremely disappointing. Bland, rubbery chicken and processed cheese, overloaded with mayonnaise to compensate. Very bland freezer fries on the side. Gas-station style cookies, dense and flavourless. Cost for the sandwich, cookie, and drink was 21$, as much or more than legitimately gourmet sandwich shops, and they ask for tips on top of this price.Service was... not great, not terrible. Staff was very polite. Sandwich was prepared in about 10 minutes, the store was not busy at the time. I was asked twice if I wanted spices on my fries, said yes twice, and did not receive spices on the fries, which might have helped their extreme blandness."

"Dropped in to try. Food was okay. Was brought bottle of mustard and relish for burger. The mustard was not opened yet, had to use a fork to try to open it (during covid). When putting cap back on noticed it expired July Advised...waitress of this and that we had to take the cap off an open it, just said she would let them know. I'm sure it was not washed or not thrown out. She said it was new, didn't look it. Ordered a chicken wrap without tomatoe, came with tomatoe, was take back and was returned within less than minutes. Looked at wrap, they just removed tomatoe. My daughter cannot each tomatoe, so we had to open the wrap and make sure there was no trace of the tomatoe. A few seed found, luckily they were not soft tomatoes. One waitress standing at tables taking her mask down and talking to people. Not overly impressed. Paper menus that were put back in a pile when picked up from our table."
