"Ordered some food for one person (not a lot) at 7:20 on a Monday night for delivery. An hour later it had still not arrived, and I called to see where it was, to be told it was out for delivery. By an hour and...a half later it has still not arrived, so I called and asked for the order to be cancelled and for a refund. The lady on the phone offered no apology and said it was on its way (it had been on its way for 45 mins at this point, I live max 20 mins away), and proceeded to put the phone down. I called back and again asked for a refund, to which she said she would pass my details on to the owner and he would sort my refund, and again put the phone down. Luckily I had previously worked in pizza takeaway which used Menulog so knew that she was trying to palm me off. While I was finding a number to call Menulog the food arrived (2 hours after ordering) and to be told my house was really far away and hard to find. I told them to take the food back and managed to get Menulog to process my refund. Appalling service, will not be ordering or recommending."
