"Visited Khai for the 5:30pm seating. We were seated promptly and the table was in a cozy corner, which was appreciated by my date and I. The waitstaff was highly professional and knowlegable of the wine list pairings, as well as the menu. The tasting menu was 10 courses, individually prepared and served by Chef Khai. The first course was a white seaweed salad, which opened up the palate to a modern interpretation of a millennium of Vietnamese culinary tradition. The other standout was halibut ceviche. We really enjoyed the personal attention to each table by Chef Khai. Chef explained each course and would gladly discus the preperation and development of that dish. I can not recommend Khai enough."
