"This McDonald's is almost always on point when it comes to order freshness and customer service. For the first time in almost 2 years I received a stale sandwich. I'm saying the bread was so hard I couldn't bite it and the cheese was a hardened layer, not melted. I was extremely shocked at this because this location had really stepped it up over the last year. I didn't return it because I was already home and my kids were tired from the day. The employees working that night were friendly, but gave off a passive aggressive vibe. Not sure what's going on."

"Went there for the first time recently. The menu is small but there are good base options for the bowls and lots of topping to choose from! The staff was friendly and helpful when they were trying to explain how the menu worked. The bowl I got was super delicious! I will definitely go back soon"

"Online via the app ordered and kurbside picked up because I had my dog with me, thought it would be more convenient. no. saw there for 20 minutes before you go in to find my bag of eating there. I'm home and it was all cold. I'm not back."

"Very bad experience. we went home on the way out of town. we came around 644 and waited more than ten minutes for an icy vanilla latte that never arrived. They told us we should go on and sit after ten minutes, we went in to find out what is going on. the manager refused to talk to us when we specifically asked for her. she looked at us and talked to her person, but not us. She never came into the counter and filled further accusations. we never got our drink because she claimed the machine went into cleaning mode after they get our order. they said (if they fill in the back other commands) that they never knew it was in cleaning mode and that this could not come to tell us about the machine. they refused to give back our money or help us, as it was a mobile order, only to wait 12 minutes that we could not do. extremely terrible service and experience and without drinks"

"We shared the Harrington specialty pizza which is our staple. It didn't disappoint. We started with Cheese Bread but it was lacking the usual amount of cheese. Our beer was cold but a little flat. Service was outstanding as always. Best pizza in Polk County hands down."

"My wife and I had her make our cake when we got married, and we won't go to anyone else or place for cakes since then. Hands down the best cakes we've ever had. It's not just the cakes though: she is responsive and great to work with and one of those people that you can trust with the creative details. You simply can't go wrong getting your next cake from her!"

"Service was very slow. At the time we came in, there was only 1 person ahead of us waiting. We spent at least 30 minutes for 2 smoothies and a toast. The smoothie I ordered was made incorrectly first and had to be remade. Once received, the outside of the cup was a mess with smoothie dripping down everywhere. The toast had minimal seasoning on it and minimal red pepper. Overall I felt it was over priced for what we received and will not be revisiting."
