"This restaurant was recommend by a colleague for a large party entertaining guests from out of town and without hesitation everything was excellent.We had to increase the number of places from the original booking by 5 and the friendly and courteous staff were happy to accommodate. Through out the evening the staff were on hand to help but never felt overbearing. Water glasses were kept full and empty dishes were cleared with the minimum of fuss. We were a large party with a variety of dietary requirements and everyone found something on the menu to satisfy.The lamb Rogan josh was full of rich delicious flavours, the chicken tikka was moist and aromatic, the rice (which so often can be a dry plastic afterthought) was fresh and lightly flavoured.Cannot fault this restaurant at all. Everything was delicious, cooked to perfection and reasonably priced. Well done Taste Breeze. I will definitely be returning soon!"

"Ordered a freshly squeezed juice, a chicken salad, took 45 minutes for the take away order, when arrived the juice $7) was at max 200ml, definitely was not freshly squeezed and tasted like sweet cordial with 1/2 of the 200ml container filled with ice, so basically had two mouthfuls of so called juice. the chicken salad was tiny and expensive and contained a tiny amount of chicken the rest was lettuce. DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NEVER BE BACK"

"There are so many coffee shops to choose from in Armidale so it is a tough gig being competitive. I like Altitude on Dangars Street near the taxi rank as it has space and you can sit 'upstairs ' or by the window plenty of space and privacy"

"5-star food let down by 1-star service. Had dinner at Indian Zaika this evening as a part of a table of 8 (which we had reserved a table for) and experienced quiet possibly the worst service I have had for a very long time, which was due to the ridiculously long wait time for our main meals and zero communication or apology for why. Our party fully arrived at about 6.40 and by the time we ordered we were 1 of 2 tables in the restaurant. Things started ok with our minimal entrees arriving perhaps 20mins after we ordered. But we were then left waiting for what would have been over an hour for our mains, which were brought out in a completely disjointed manner which meant half the table finished their meal before the other had fully received theirs. Drinks which we had brought ourselves and the fact the group didn’t want to cause drama kept us as patient as possible but we did not receive any communication about what was causing the excessive wait, nor an apology. It even took 10 minutes to get the bill after two requests. It was such a disappointing experience as the food was fantastic. Would only ever visit again if it was with a takeaway order placed well in advanced."
