"We love the Keg. Despite sky rocketing prices and diminishing portion sizes, it’s predictably tasty. We also love people in the bar. Problem is when u sit in the bar, you’re served by the bar staff. And at 5 pm all is well. By 6, when it gets busy, you are AN AFTERTHOUGHT. Service takes a nosedive. Not cool."

"When we entered Captain George's to try their All You Can Eat lunch, we were enthusiastically greeted by the owner, who took our order quickly and sat us down. It's a fish and chips restaurant, so it's as you'd expect nautical decorations, bright colours and...lots of lighting. While the seating was hardly luxurious, the fish and chips were top notch. The only thing keeping us from coming more regularly is it's proximity to one of the worst intersections in York Region... Yonge St. and Aurora Road. With the traffic lights and turning issues to the Go-Train traffic, getting to Captain George's can sometimes be a pain. And that's too bad, as their fish is great."

"On the Bean is as authentic as you can get when it comes to the coffee house experience. I've been going there for over a decade and have always found it to be very friendly (even as it transitioned from one owner to another), comfortable (in a home-like way), and tasty. A wonderful contrast to the coffee chains that dominate our urban landscapes these days. Why go to a Starbucks or Tims when you can get the real experience at On the Bean?"

"Whenever the craving for fish & chips arrive, we're off the Stanley's. Portion sizes are generous. Fish is always cooked to perfection. Love that you can get gravy for the fries and we never go without mushy peas! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. One day we'll try something else on the menu, but its hard the fish & chips are great."

"Great little Indian Restaurant.Beautiful decorations. Nice ambiance with soft mellow Indian tunes.The service is excellent and prompt.Food are fantastic. We , 7 of us, ordered Butter chicken, Lamb vindaloo, chicken and lamb biryani.Definitely come back to try other dishes."

"Good place for a late night snack if you?re craving something sweet? or even savoury. It?s. Dessert spot that also serves Vietnamese cuisine. I got the Carmel banana supreme in a crepe. 5/5. (This is definitely shareable) you can choose to have it in a crepe, waffle or funnel cake. The crepes/waffles are made in house whereas the funnel cake is pre made and warmed up. The restaurant itself is spacious and they offer board games as well as a take one leave one book section."

"Visit this place today wirh my family members. Never thought I could ever had this kind of service or attitude in a sushi restaurant. When we just got in, there is a bareheaded male server serving us, without any greetings, ask us to sit the talbe beside the door. I denied this and ask him to find anywhere else where is better that the table near the door, he asked me "where do you want ro sit?" We were first time there, how the hell we know where is another available spot. Then when I finished the order and have a question regarding about the item( there is no menu for us only the order sheet by the way) the bareheaded male server responded that "just circle one" and turned away. I dont know WTH he has so much attitude for us. Very unprofessional at all. So we decided to leave and find another sushi to visit. Not recommended for everyone who desire a good service in restaurants."
