"Since hotels offer breakfast at excessive prices, you need to look for alternatives. In Bad Homburg I also came to the Kamps branch due to the opening hours of 7:00. Here I ordered the gourmet breakfast at 9 EUR. For this you get a large dish with sausage and cheese, butter and a bread basket. The whole is complemented with a freshly pressed large glass of orange juice and a large cup of coffee. The baked goods look as usual as stamped out. Chain goods, but freshly baked. Besides the salami a good choice and quality, with the type of standard salami personally not lying on me. But overall a good performance and amount and an alternative for hotel guests who are professional in Bad Homburg and their budget or travel expenses for 2 days are not included in the breakfast."

"I’ve visited La Vecchia Banca numerous times over the past years and I’ve never been blown away. Tonight was another try. The menu is kind of boring unless you order an expensive whole fish for 2+ people. The service is good but the food is average. I ate the goat cheese Brûlée and my colleague ordered the Vitello Tonato. I never saw such a boring preparation of the Vitello with really thick slices. Overall just average."
