"What a surprise to find this restaurant food was fresh and well cooked.The staff where on the ball and kept checking we were ok.There was a good menu selection to fit all budgets.We had been in France for 10 days and we had just about given up on French food once the area was prime for good food but not now most of the French restaurants have gone for cheap holiday food and a poor standard.So Buffalo Grill well done it was a pleasure to dine and we had 6 of us ranging from 52 down to 6 Great meal and nice atmosphere."

"A good menu with local produce. A la carte menu proposes some excellent and innovative dishes such as foie gras with bramley apples in a flaky brick pastry. Chef is rightly proud of his local suppliers - including the asparagus from Serignan to the butcher in Nissan. The wines served also by the glass are of above average quality. All in all a must visit."

"On the occasion of a friend dinner we could book a table at the restaurant embassy to which we gave our first visit. The entrance was quite strange because we were greeted by all the waitresses while the restaurant was completely empty. Later we ordered the whole of our menu that came to us gradually interspersed by soft mouths. In this regard the first were quite average, but the following rose to the level. Inputs and dishes were delicious for both taste buds and eyes. It is very pleasant to note that the chaining of plates is done very fluidly without the feeling of waiting. The meal was really good what justifies me 4 stars instead of 5 is in the first part of my first remark. The waitresses are very omnipresent, too, which harms the intimacy of the taboo. And also our table was badly located, too close to the stairs and the service door, cause of sound inconvenience. It is nevertheless worth noting that professionalism is rigorous and that the service as a whole is very pleasant. In itself a very beautiful experience that I recommend. PS: The chef in person comes to greet the tables at the end of the evening to inquire about the smooth running of the meal which is appreciable."
