"Обслуживание испортило все впечатления от посещения ресторана. Заказали закуски к пиву и горячие блюда, уточнив, что закуски хотим получить в начале. Официант принес все сразу. Официант нас откровенно игнорировал. Ждали его больше 15 минут, чтобы заказать еще пива. Пока мы сами не переставили пустую посуду на соседний стол, ее и не собирались забирать. Еда среднего качества. Некоторые мясные блюда были жесткими, как резина. Когда принесли счет, выяснилось, что нам посчитали не то пиво: мы заказывали разные сорта разливного пива, а нам посчитали как одинаковое (естественно, более дорогое). На наш вопрос об этом официант начал лгать, что приносил именно такое пиво. В общем, не рекомендуем данное заведение к посещению."

"I had some Japanese food which was amazing, my friends had some European food. One dish, if not mistaken was chicken legs which almost burnt. Upon our departure, my friends which were already there before asked the waiter about the food which on their previous lunch at Voila was very good, the reply was that the chef is different in that respective day. The staff was friendly, clean place."

"Went and ate lunch there with one of my Romanian friends. Well food quality was ok. As about the price I think you can find cheaper buffets with the same food quality. Staff need to learn how to speak English. Well yeah it's a thing you need to be aware of when you visit Romania. Most of them can't speak English at all or they are afraid of or they are shy or I don't know. I can't find a reason. So before coming here make sure to take a English-Romanian dictionary and a booklet with stuff illustrations so they will know what you asking for. Been in other buffets before but in this one the toilets weren't clean! All costed me like 40 lei so less than £7. You can find cheaper buffets around the city!"
