"The food was tasty my laksa was delicious. The service and aesthetic were very basic though. Ordering is at the table through a QR code. There seemed to be only one chef and one server on, so things were a little slow. I got my drink halfway through my meal, and ordered a San Pellegrino, but what I got was some carbonated water in a plastic cup. Overall, ok."

"Wife ordered Eggs benedict on sourdough Generous serving... a little bland. I didnt think it had any flavour at all.. Son ordered nutella breakfast muffin. Had a thick layer of nutella and loved it. I ordered American Pancakes. They were with strawberries and bananas. Meant to be fluffy but they were really thin. Taste was ok but didnt feel like american pancakes. Orange/carrot/ginger juice. 1st one was fine and 2nd one was watered down. Disappointing experience overall"

"Chicken Pargiama - 14.95 at our local tavern on a Sunday night and today, at the Doubletree it was about half as good and $28.50...really!And did I mention breakfast? Better than dinner but OMG the coffee was cold, NOT a good start to anyone's day is it...Tomorrow I'm going to step out and maybe find a Macca's."

"Hanuman has gained a good reputation around town and I am one of a few it seems that has never been untill now. This is a large restaurant, it was 95% full upon arrival and I was first struck by the amount of vocal noise not helped by the acoustics of such a large area. Once seated we pondered over the menu and ordered drinks etc. The four of us ordered various entrees and mains to toss in the centre of the table that was really too small to cope(unlike those at regular Chinese restaurants) The dishes were all very tasty, whilst some slow to appear most likely due to the kitchen working at full steam to keep up with a full house. Hanuman has an excellent kitchen but for me at least the atmosphere was more like Sizzler and just to noisy. I guess I'm getting picky in my old age."

"Right on the Darwin Waterfront, Fiddlers Green is well positioned to take advantage of this great location day or night. The staff are friendly, food servings generous and the beer cold. We enjoyed a bucket of fresh prawns followed by Barramundi. A great place for families. The food was competitively price but drinks are a bit steep."

"I should preface this by saying I was particularly drunk when I walked in here, but it's hard to find good places to eat late at night in the city. This place certainly isn't one either. Ordered a curry, dumplings and a kebab. The curry serving was absolutely tiny and bland, served with an outrageously large side of rice. The dumplings were soggy and I got bored of the kebab halfway through despite being drunk enough to eat anything. I don't plan on returning."
