"Bella Italia in the town hall street has been opened after the flames on Tuesday. Then two pizza rolls and herbal butter came to the table. Then followed my mixed salad. The pizza came to the table with the Gambas and the vegetables. The pizza was covered with Bruschetta and Mozzarella, very tasty. "As I said in previous reports, asparagus is best eaten in village houses with tradition. Well, Bakenköhler is not a small inn where the hostess still cooks himself, but in any case we wanted to go to eat here. Before a fairly large building ensemble we found a parking lot and that on Easter Monday. We had reserved, however, but there were still enough seats and the modern furnished guest room. We got a rustic menu, the cover sheet looked like a beaten wooden box from earlier times. There was no vegetarian version with kernelschinken or with schnitzel. I could have asked, but I was sure my companion could do that. So we ordered two Pinot Grigio and of course the asparagus with ham. What was brought to the neighboring tables looked very good. After about 20 minutes waiting time was served: an elongate plate with asparagus, butter sauce and Dutch sauce, potatoes and everyone got a small plate with the beautifully draped ham. At the moment we remembered that we had forgotten to say that the asparagus should be soft. Somehow we were no longer in practice because we had eaten the last asparagus a year ago - this must be better this season again. Anyway, he was excellent, the Hollandaise with light citrus notes, also very tasty. I also tried ham, thin-heavy cut with some fat edge, also this of very good quality. So we blurred in the long wishing pleasure when he was even softer, perfect. We had to put the ham in, and my companion didn't make it anymore. We went outside to the beautiful terrace and drank a café Crema there to finish. that made this menu perfect for us. Conclusion: absolutely recommended and with 18.80 euros for the asparagus with ham in the moderate area, with the wine for 4.80 and the café with 2.40 also in the normal area."
