"After arrival, we heard that a person next to us hadn't gotten her food after a long time waiting. If we have our booze, a glass of dirt, not a fat edge or something, after this, we'll have a nasty glass back. When we got our sandwiches at the meal, we got a basket that was already open butter. The staff's reaction was literally ha, ow. Haha yes, then she gave us our meal. No excuses, no new basket. Food itself was fine, not bad, too. Five minutes before 10, the staff started putting the chairs on the tables and cleaning everything up while we were barely done with food. The price was at the low end, but we also know why."
