"Easy to find, plenty of seating options (people eat fast anyway), fair prices, and food was served quickly. Where we sat on the sidewalk next to the road was kept clean. We ordered two iced white coffees, kaya toast with half boiled egg, and a medium sized wan tan mee. All very delicious, no complaints. Better to come here instead of oo white coffee — which is overcrowded and overpriced!"

"Nice ambiance. Good thing about this place is you can order croissants from the shop next to it. Ordered hot choc with a croissant just want to get the feel in Paris (because just done watching Emily in Paris season 3) kinda sad that the hot choc is wasn’t that thick and the croissant was not that crispy. But still worth to try it out. There’s a optic shop behind this cafe, you’ll definitely see it if you go to the washroom"

"What a gem of a place! A food court turned into a coffee place, or vice versa. The white coffee is great, we tried both the iced and hot versions and both are good. The toasts are good, it’s interesting to see such a simple dish though as a french person bread is nothing special on its own. The beef noodle soup was the best beef noodle soup I had in 10 years. Last time was somewhere in Hanoi. Wow."

"A must-be place when you 're around Georgetown for breakfast, we came on a weekday so we don 't have to queue at all, but mostly depends on luck. Egg on toast is not bad, not groundbreaking good but a solid 7.5/10. Coffee was delicious, very 'kao ', an easy 9/10. I tried the Nasi Lemak as well which is normal 6/10, nothing too fancy but just enough for a quick breakfast. Do take note that the restaurant is located in a small alley so the atmosphere is somewhat ok-ish, service was quick and attentive. Price is acceptable for its quality."

"One of the famous roti canai in Penang, Roti Canai Transfer Road sells one of the best roti canai and favourite among the locals. Haven't been here for more than a decade due to long queue both weekdays and weekends, finally I had the chance dine in at the premise. Dining experience will make you remember of your school canteen squeezing to get a seat and sitting in single line over a table. My seat faced the road yet I enjoyed the view of busy roads, people roaming the streets and chefs preparing all the pipping hot roti canai. I ordered roti canai with heavy gravy of beef curry, but do not deceive by the fiery red curry as it's not too spicy yet aromatic with spices. Just lovely to my taste bud."

"Windowless, drab rooms with barely enough space for the bed. Bedsheets are not clean or changed. Shower rooms you can barely move in. It's ok if you're a traveller and need somewhere last minute but I won't be going there again."
