"Best place for a delicious smoothie! The only negative is sometimes the same smoothie is different depending on who makes it. I prefer to have Jess make my smoothie. She is fantastic!! Always makes my smoothie the same each time I visit! I only try and go when she is scheduled."

"I’ve been coming here since it first opened. I brought 3 people who have never been. I couldn’t say enough good things about this restaurant…but tonight I was very disappointed! I had the mussels, which are always good. I wanted something simple so I opted for the chicken Francese Big mistake. It was deep fried chicken, with a wilted arugula salad and over cooked potatoes.The chef maybe was thinking chicken Milanese. I’m not sure but KFC could’ve made better chicken. One friend had the veg special and said there was no taste at all. The other two were satisfied but probably won’t return. I’m really upset to have had to write this review, it was a big let down in dining."

"My husband and I were visiting from Pennsylvania. We were looking for a place to eat that was different then all the chain restaurants. We were driving around and saw this restaurant off the beaten path so decided to stop. We were pleasantly surprised that the food was all homemade and delicious a good variety as well) and a welcoming enjoyable environment. The employees were very accommodating … looked like they enjoyed working together seemed like a fun place to work. If you are in town or live near by, I encourage you to give it try for yourself."

"My friends and I went to brunch at Blue Mermaid and we had a BLAST!! Two words: Mimosa flight falls the microphone. Jodi and I ordered two different flights, mango, blueberry lemonade, blood orange watermelon. Laurie ordered a Bloody Mary. The brunch menu has several options. I chose the salmonier Benedikt, which was served on their homemade (read AHMAZING) butter biscuits. (I took some home.) Jodi had breakfast Burrito with homemade potato chips (delicious). Laurie ordered the eggs frijoles that had a black bean cock as a base. All three of us enjoyed our meals and thought they were delicious. Would recommend this place as a casual dune on site for brunch or dinner if you were in the area."
