"Popped in randomly and pre-paid for a cake for a friend's birthday. Came back the next weekend to pick it up and there was no cake ready for us. Was assured that I would be refunded, but never heard back. Followed up three separate times with the store and was told this would be handled, but that the owner needed to do it and was busy each time (one time they were busy hanging out with their dog and couldn't be bothered). Finally had to dispute the charge and have it removed from my credit card. Massive hassle for something that could have very easily been fixed."

"One of the best burgers I have had in Seattle! Also, they are beating fast food prices! Homemade everything you can tell. The sauce was perfect, tangy and delicious!!! Doin it right is all I have to say!!! The service was fast, super helpful and simple layout when you can't make up your mind. The cheese was perfect American and the meat patty was full of flavor. The special had just the right amount of lettuce, pickles n cheese! I will be coming back to this spot whenever I am around UW stadium. Tasted like a properly cooked homemade burger. Win all around!"

"They have the foundations of an awesome cafe: good espresso, filling to-go breakfast bites, and great steamed drinks. It's small, but I love to come here when I need a pick-me-up. The Ballard biscuit sandwich and the BLTs are awesome. They're also dog friendly, but the space is small, so if your canine baby is high-anxiety around other dogs, they have a great outdoor porch to wait or hangout on."

"After my flight to Seattle, my friend who used to live there told me about this restaurant and so we went there together. The proportions are great, especially with the salads, and everything was really good. I especially loved their variety of specialty health drinks. I left feeling well fed and nourished. The customer service was excellent. We were served with genuine kindness and we ended up ordering a few different things, splitting them on different plates, and the employees were happy to serve us without any awkwardness, getting us additional plates, and everything else we wanted. We ended up eating outside in the fresh air because it was a nice day. It tends to draw good customers because of the quality of food and so we were able to make some new friends too. I absolutely recommend!"

"Always love their rotating and classic flavors. Enjoyed the mint chocolate chip today, daughter loved the brown sugar vanilla too. Several tables and chairs to sit on outside and such a cute ambience. Great service too!"
