"I ordered two Philly Steak Subs yesterday and they weren't writing at home. If you like gray tasteless meat, that's your sandwich. The rolls were very wound and I can understand that in one degree, but the meat was, as I described above, gray and tasteless. There were very small peppers, onions and mushrooms. The bread was full and had enough meat only a very blandes sandwich. No Umami, no beef flavor and not enough paprika and onions to taste it better. I ate half of it and saved the other half I ate today, but first I took the meat and sauteed it in some butter and added a little soy sauce, crushed red peppers and some garlic powder. That helped a lot!!! Throw the rolls into the oven. There is no excuse for lack of taste or gray steak, except to maintain enough to bring out a good product. I have to have a good meal from this restaurant. I don't think anyone in Meadville is doing a good Philly Steak sandwich. I guess I'll do myself."
