"I went with the black and blue burger. This burger was delicious. Bleu cheese and caramelized onions were a great mix. The side garden salad with balsamic dressing was awesome, I really enjoyed it. On the downside, the metal chairs are not very comfortable and the bathroom needs some serious upkeep. Overall a very good restaurant."

"The food here is always excellent. The wait is usually not too long. It is a bit loud in here at times, but it's not the worst for a bar/pub. We have done a lot of great couple's nights out at this pub and we haven't been disappointed by the service or food yet!"

"The last time I had a meal at the Mango Tree, it was in the previous location and the experience was okay , but did not meet expectations. By word of mouth, it was said that recent meals were excellent, so I ordered a takeout...family dinner and everything arrived on time, piping hot and was enjoyed by everyone. Fantastic! It is a pleasure to recommend the Mango Tree for wonderfully delicious and expertly prepared meal."

"We were on our way to Calgary and decided to try Perkins for lunch/breakfast in Medicine Hat. It was an easy find from the TransCanada Hwy. Our server was pleasant and quick to acknowledge us after we were seated quickly by the hostess. My husband ordered the Chicken Strip Melt and I chose Build-A-Breakfast of Eggs, sausage, hash browns and buttered toast. All were cooked to order and tasty. We have Perkins' Restaurants in FL, but haven't eaten in one in years. This was a very pleasant experience. Good Coffee too."

"I just arrived in Medicine Hat for a long work stay, and this was my first stop on my restaurant hunt, and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere and decor is lovely, not too high end, but warm and inviting. I sat in the lounge...as I was solo dining and it was just as nice in there. The service was attentive and friendly, you can tell the manager (sandy? is a favourite and makes everyone feel at home. I had the Alberta sirloin entree-medium rare. The steak was cooked closer to rare with a cooler red centre, but I prefer it that way anyways. The sun-dried tomato herb butter on top was to die for. The potatoes were so cheesy and delicious as well. I recommend the gold Cadillac margarita if you’re looking for a good cocktail as well. Lots of friendly people and a fun local dining experience, I’ll be back for sure!"
