"Sunday around 2 pm, it was a little crowded, service was taking sometime but a very nice guy, who said he was new helped us pretty well. He called our waiter and would have like the waiter to take note of the order, got a different omelet but being hungry I didn't want to take longer so I didn't mention anything to him....then pancakes arrived and everything was forgot ...great flavor and the right temperature. Butter pecan syrup was the cherry on top of the cake. them as always."

"I have had two unfortunate experiences with this location. The first time I tried to eat here, they were completely out of cheese and could not make my order. I tried to give them another chance last week and was disappointed again. When I arrived for my curbside order, no one ever responded to the text line so I had to call to get the order. Once I got my order, it only had the two additional toppings I had added to it, not the pizza I had ordered. Just cheese, garlic, and banana pepper. I went back, and they remade the pizza and offered me a free soda. When the fresh order was brought out, the guy offered me the original pizza as well. I accepted, but when I opened the box, I had actually received an employee's half eaten dinner. It was an honest mistake, but there shouldn't be an environment where this can happen. Not only is this gross, but extremally unsanitary that employees food that has already been partially eaten is sitting on the same shelf as customer food. I also witnessed a separate employee open a box on the same shelf and touch it with bare hands. I'm sure these things have to be against health code. The pizza was good, but the uncleanliness is unappetizing. No refund or anything was offered. At $16 for a small pizza (only 4 pieces), the customer experience should be better. "Excellent! ? Conchas tastes like a concha should taste and for me that's a miracle, I love conchas but I hate to taste a lot of butter on conchas, they should be soft and dry at the same time, this one's are my favorite! (My opinion). The pineapples empanadas were so good too! A lot of jam on the inside and soft outside, they have a lot of options and mini panecito! The options they have for the $1 bag are awesome!Service is really good ?"

"The load is so colorful and lively, it is a very beautiful atmosphere. it feels inviting to go to the place and the staff is very friendly and patient. they have seating areas with tw and it is a great place to come with family, friends or yourself. they serve a lot of ice creams to other handicraft snacks. I recommend coming here to try it out at least once!"
