"We just had a great culinary experience here at the Newnan site. Texas Roadhouse has the best steaks. We both ordered the 8oz filet rare and they were perfectly cooked! Our server was Zach and also Nathan, who was in training, they were very attentive and nice that they looked after us."

"No ice in the soda machines and no one could take the effort to offer ice when checking out. The individual at the register was more interested in co workers than waiting on people. I had to ask for our second drink cup 3 times. My Tilapia was still raw."

"This restaurant most always has a pleasant atmosphere. It appeared the last two times being there we were greeted with new and younger servers. Of course, I asked to confirm. First occasion... The young lady when returning from the kitchen area appeared each time teary-eyed and distressed. With that being said she maintained her position and never skipped a beat with her services... After a few moments I looked at her and said... You 're doing a good job, No actually.. A Great Job!. And each guest at the table chimed in and did the same. She smiled and said Thank You So Much!Second occasion... The young lady appeared not so concerned with her service at all. She never smiled. We had to ask for condiments such. butter, jelly, water)...When she was returning to the kitchen area... she was making negative gestures with her head and hands to another co-worker... And they were both laughing. After waiting for a while we asked another server to retrieve her to our table so we could get the ticket/receipt to pay. She returned and said it 's already on the table... She then reached underneath something on the table and handed it to us... I responded.. There was no way we could have seen it there ... And told her Kindly..,Thank You!... ?️I SAY!!!... Positive Attitude with Gratitude Goes a Long Way! And By Chance Could Bring to You The Dream of A Lifetime!And still the service was good! ?"

"A bunch of lazy teenagers running this place. We waited in line for 15 minutes to order. We get to the front at 8:45pm. My son orders his with mix ins. Then she asks me and tells me “ I’m sorry, we aren’t doing mix in’s anymore. When the music turns off we stop mix ins and his was the last one.” Very unprofessional. And then my 2 year old daughter was crying because she couldn’t get hers. Atleast finish our order when we had been standing in line for 15 minutes and it was only 8:45! They close at 9! We called the store after and they said they turn the cold block off 30 minutes prior to close and they can’t do mix ins anymore after it is off. A bunch of lazy unprofessional teenagers that don’t want to do their job and want to leave right at 9 when it closes. Corporate has been contacted and this location needs real Managment."
