"En famille à Saarburg pour la première fois, nous sommes tous unanimes (9 personnes) pour adresser nos remerciements à la direction de cet hôtel pour l'excellent accueil réservé malgré quelques fois la barrière de la langue. Hôtel disposant d'une dizaine de chambres agréables et fort bien équipées, dotées de sanitaire d'une grande propreté et spacieux. En ce qui concerne le repas à la carte ou le menu pas loin d'un menu gastronomique ainsi que le petit déjeuner varié, recherché et de très bonne facture. Rapport qualité / prix : EXCELLENT"

"C'est sur recommandation que nous sommes allés manger dans cet établissement reculé de la Moselle. On y vient pas en effet par hasard tant les chemins sont sinueux. Excellent accueil par les patrons, décor inchangé depuis les années 80, on est dans un autre monde! La carte est courte mais alléchante. On opte pour une soupe de Homard (servie avec un verre de cognac!), des médaillons de biche et pommes de terre sautées (au beurre!) croustillantes à souhait et une crème brulée, le tout magnifiquement orchestré par le chef (70 ans minimum). Service prévenant, chaleureux et attentif. Pressés s'abstenir, ici on profite! Un bon lieu de détente comme autrefois..."

"Upon entering the small cafe you are struck by the funky décor and the fifties music playing in the background. We stopped by in the afternoon for some tea and coffee but could not resist ordering the Saarburg Strudel, their specialty. The apple strudel is served on a big plate topped and surrounded by ice-, vanilla-, chocolate- and whipped cream. Quite a meal, we didn't need dinner that day. With the friendly service it made for a pleasant break in our tour of the historic town center."

"Viel Betrieb am saarländischen feiertag. Service war gut. Ambiente am Wasserfall toll. Trotz der vielen Touristen ein gut bürgerliches Gasthaus mit frisch gemachten Speisen zu günstigen Preisen. Sehr Empfehlenswert."
