"We never not stop at Sanibel Fish House when visiting Sanibel Island, our third visit this year. The welcome from Crystal was enthusiastic and attentive, as was the service from Thomas, our waiter. I had the special of the day, Pompano w/shrimp, and mywife had the blackened chicken with a house salad. The tuna bites appetizer is not to be missed."

"French cuisine, beautifully made, and good early restaurants specialties. The beef Bourguignon was perfect! Desserts were fine. Spend your calories on the appetizers and entrees. The building and the atmosphere could become more authentic. It doesn't feel right."

"I’ve been to Sanibel more times than I can count and was looking for a place with short ribs- T2 more than fit the bill. I ordered the beef short ribs tacos and it was outstanding!! Very tender cooked to perfection (we make them at home so I have high expectations). Best meal I’ve had all week in Sanibel. My spouse ordered the scallops with risotto and that was equally outstanding. Our waitress was very accommodating for us and our 2 young children and also explained that they recently had a new chef who has really elevated the dishes- and it showed. Don’t miss out my meal here was just as delicious as I have had at Traders 1."

"A very nice Ice Cream Shop, has tons of flavors and even 3 Low Fat Sugar Free options! I had the Smores Ice Cream and my wife had the Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream. I tried both and while of course both were very different, they were both delicious! A jewel of a Mom Pop Ice Cream Place on Sanibel, give it a try when you are on the island!"

"Update 1. July 2022: Paper Fig has been the first place we are looking forward to visiting the island. The pages are? BUT the Mother Clucker is an incredible sandwich! I would recommend it to everyone we'd talk to. In fact, we sent a couple on the other day. Although they said it was fabulous? You commented that? the ratio of chicken to bread is absent.? Today we stopped and I can't agree anymore. The price has risen (to $17 for the mother swallower) and the amount of chicken in the sandwich has significantly reduced. We ordered several? and they all had the same lack of a considerable amount of chicken. While the sandwich is good, I just don't think it guarantees a $17 price tag! While the Paper Fig used to be a favorite place, I don't see you back soon."
