"Went on spec on night. Very enjoyable, my only complaint was the belly of pork was to salty. I recommend using rock salt on the belly of pork, they accepted my view. But it did not put us off booking a table the next night. We returned the next night, eating indoors. Amazing food, music was great, at a great level to enjoy our evening. Been in so many restaurants and they think you want to be in a disco blaring out the music that you can’t talk. Here the music was at a great level we could talk to each other. Every member of staff knew what was on the menu and listen to your questions about food. Ester was great to detail, made every effort to enjoy every minute in this restaurant. To us, it was our best restaurant in Los Alcazares. We be back for sure. Thank you guys"
