"The customer service here is absolutely pathetic. On three separate occasions over the summer, they got my egg sandwich order incorrectly. This was 3 times in a row.I stopped in today to give them another shot. I figured I would just order a simple bagel instead of an egg sandwich to prevent them from screwing it up. I ordered one everything bagel toasted with scallion cream cheese and one egg everything bagel toasted with regular cream cheese.I repeated it to the woman 3 times because I saw her write “plain” on her notepad. She finally repeated it back to me correctly and I thought she gotIt.Nonetheless, I pay for the order get home and find that I received one PLAIN egg bagel, not an everything bagel. The other bagel, the everything with scallion isn’t toasted.I’m sure if I ordered a plain bagel with nothing on it, they would manage to screw that up too. Don’t waste your time at this place, this is long island and bagel stores are a dime a dozen. The bagels here just aren’t worth the aggravation."

"To say that this place is unbelievable is an understatement. Your menu changes due to the availability of ingredients. Tonight my husband and I had the Filo with goat cheese, filled mushrooms, delmonico with garlic butter sauce and half a duck with tomb and harbour sauce. To dessert we had the chocolate mousse and the bread pudding. Everything was so tasteful and had the right amount of spices. Our server Maggie was incredible with its menu suggestions and drinks selection. We will definitely come back!"
