"I went here to get a quick takeaway as I was busy. I got sausage and chips. The chips were disgusting and the sausage was really hard and dry. I eat about 6 chips and had to throw them away."

"I have visited this restaurant for many years. It is a family run restaurant and whatever you order is it is always lovely. The people who work there are always friendly and helpful. You are always made to feel welcome and the food is very well priced. Nothing nicer than 'home cooked food ' especially desserts!"

"I was with many toby carveries, but this was the best. the bark was tender and tasty and the gammon was simply not too salty. the sweet was so delicious and fresh. that was hot. I'll be back soon. our server sandra was beautiful and made sure we had everything we needed."

"I used to frequent here alot but this was my first visit in a good while and it will be my last. It was filthy! Seats were stained, tables hadnt been cleaned, there were swarms of flies around the tables and behind the food counter. I carried the tray to the table and my hand was covered in someone else's chocolate muffin. I wiped the table with my own antibac wipes and the wipe was grey with dirt. I don't know how this place hasn't been shut down."

"Never experienced anything like it! Not only did 3 breakfasts take over 2 hours to arrive,it was cold and not of great quality but that wasn't the worst bit of the experience! Customer service was absolutely appauling, the staff were rude, unapoligetic and liars!!! I...placed my order at 10.56am I rang 1 hour later at 11.56am to be told my order had left the shop, I then phoned again at 12.18 as my food still hadn't arrived and I expressed my frustration that I had now been waiting 1hour 20mins to be told they weren't doing it on purpose it wasn't their fault and in actual fact the food had not yet left the shop despite being told 20 mins previously it was on its way! 12.45 came around and still no food, phoned again to then be told in a very rude manner that it was my fault the food was taking so long because I should have phoned earlier and did I not realise they were busy! I said no I didn't because noone had informed me on the phone! I proceeded to voice my anger in the hope that someone would do something for the trouble but she said she can't do anything and did I want it or not! The food arrived at 1pm and I had to pay full price- £15.45 for 3 breakfasts that took 2 hours to arrive to be spoke to like crap and the food was cold and not of good quality! I will never ever order from roll with it again and I would advise others not to unless you want the worst customer service ever experienced!"

"I visited costa two weeks ago on Saturday and after standing in a queue getting my sandwiches I was told by a young member of staff that they had no coffee which I was amazed by.i called back today and unbelievably I was told that because of a broken down dishwasher they had no cups so they gave us paper cups but charged normal prices of which the coffee didn’t taste as good and it was very difficult to drink from these as I have bad hands.i can’t imagine us ever going back to this establishment"

"Eating is nice, and the staff seems friendly. also the prices are decent. only so guilty, for me. is the cheeseburger .too small cheese and the cheese is too dry. also prices have risen. now add 50p to everything."

"With the family for Sunday dinner it was fabulous. a little rather than their normal baptism they sell high cheap dinners, as it was properly cooked home everything was nice to eat. very friendly staff, good selection at ales well ordered."
