"Disappointing! Has gone downhill in my opinion, portions were small, we ordered it mild my wife likes) so I asked for hot sauce, they charged me $6.85 for a little side of sauce, and as we were the only ones there, I commented, and...server said, we are busy with take-outs . now only one Naan per order... we wont be going back. PS the dishes were already much hotter than a 2, so my wife wasn 't happy either..."

"All of the ice cream had lids on. With small children, who can't read we had to read all the flavors out. The lady who worked there was extremely rude. We had 3 kids. When each kid got their ice cream, she said "is that all?" As if we were seriously wasting her time. She was snappy from the beginning to the end of our 10 minute stay. Just close your doors. Ice cream was nothing to call home about and 2 of the kids lost their scoop because the lady didn't give a crap and set it on top of the cone rather then ensuring it was set it. Wasn't a good visit. Regret not going to the DQ across the street. Next time we will."

"We stopped here for breakfast while enroute to Penticton. A friend who lives in Vernon and married to a chef recommended we have breakfast at eatology. They did not steer us wrong because this was the best breakfast I have ever had! Even their gluten free bread was amazing (and that's no easy feat) this place is in the bus station so fairly easy to find! If you find yourself in Vernon with an appetite, unless of course you want CHEAP unhealthy crappy fast Food, this is a must try!"

"Very poor service experienced. Four of us were there for lunch with two people ordering the Uncle burger. Both Uncle burger patties were burned black and dried out. When this was brought to the attention of the manager all she said is "that is the way they come out'. There was not offer of alternate food or another burger or anything. Exceptionally poor people skills by management staff."
