"Shame. Used to be a semi-regular customer in the past. Hadn’t ordered for a long while… decided to give it another go: Tasted okay, but shortly after eating was violently ill. The pizza I ordered gave me food poisoning. Then checked the online ‘scores on the doors’ hygiene rating, and at the time of writing it was one out of five- defined as ‘Major Improvement Necessary’. Couldn’t agree more. I won’t be back again. Avoid."

"My wife and I visited for breakfast. Staff was very friendly and fab service. The omelette was fantastic. I can make a good omelette myself but I'd say this one was even better. Delicious. We'll see you again soon."

"Dropped in, never been before and thankfully they had a free table. We ordered off the set menu, courses quid. We had onion bajjis and chicken pakora to start. For main we had chicken passanda, chicken korma and king prawn madras, with pilau,...peshawari and boiled rice, accompanied with a peshwari naan. The food was faultless, the naan bread was the best ive tasted. Staff were attentive and accommodating. The food is such good value for money. Will be returning and would recommend to others"

"Just enjoyed my first visit to Cardamon. I arrived at 19:30 on Monday 4th and there was only one other table occupied which was a bit of a surprise. The menu was presented smartly and showed a wide variety of interesting sounding dishes which were well explained. I chose the Meat Bilate Mirchi (stuffed pepper) and on the advice of the host the Staff Curry with Pilau rice. Both courses arrived very promptly and were very well presented. Both were highly flavoursome and would rank near the very top of all of the Indian (Bangladeshi) restaurants that I have visited over many many years. The service was very good without being too intrusive. The total bill came to just over £30 for the above mentioned dishes (but no sides) and one pint of Cobra which in my opinion is very good value for money given the outstanding quality of the food. All in all a very good meal and I will certainly visit again when staying in the Warrington Runcorn area."

"Excellent food. We had goats cheese, scallops for starters and lamb and salmon for main. All cooked to perfection and full of flavour. Only negative a little slow to take our drinks order but it was busy"

"We asked for afternoon tea , what we got was a scone and a coffee for 30 pound for 4, not worth the money , especially when we were expecting sandwiches and a mixture of cakes It was my husband’s birthday and he loves cakes which it why we booked it I felt very let down"
