"Sat afternoon we stood in the Fourier for 20-30 minutes before anyone asked us about the in our party. Then 15-20 minutes later they took us to the new expansion portion which was virtually empty except for a couple tables. Now the front part was slammed. The smoking section wasn't full, but had a good crowd. We saw waitresses steady going back there. But there weren't hardly any anywhere in the new addition. Then about 30 minutes after we'd finished our meal, they brought me the check. Rule 1 in any business is not to make it hard for your customers to pay you. Food was good. But the management's manpower scheduling was pathetic! There was a couple of hours that we could have been doing something else. The group with me had a long drive to make when they left there. I won't be back for a while."

"When I arrived at the restaurant, they were very busy. I went through the drive thru, which was broken up. I was a little nervous because I had a big job. I'm glad to say when I came home, everything I ordered was right and the food was delicious! Thank you. Wendy's employee!"

"1St ans 100% last time. Beautiful salad bar but no lettuce. We asked for lettuce and 45 minutes later when we were leaving they put it out. Did not restock food bar either."
