"We usually get great service here but our recent visit was not pleasant. Our waitress was absolutely horrible! She asked us if we had a pen and then ran off for a few minutes and came back with some massive marker to write down our order. She took 10-15 minutes just to get us our drinks and another 10 minutes to grab the creamer for the coffee. She kept blaming her coworkers for things being behind. We watched our food sit under the heat lamp for at least 15 minutes but yet she said the cooks were running behind and that's why it was late. She also stated that she was working by herself, as another waitress was taking an order at the table next to us. Our food was luke warm by the time we got it, the toast was rock hard, and everything overall was inedible. We waited for 15-20 minutes to get our check before the other waitress noticed we were ready to go and ended up cashing us out. Management was notified and stated that they were aware, and had received numerous complaints that day."
