"Parking was terrible. the hostess was absolutely wonderful. our server was not. she wasn't taught at all. she lacked personality and even interrupted us to show that she wanted a bigger tipp after she had hardly done anything. they had nothing to do, a simple fuzzy navivel after her (before they even transferred with the bartender). the drink they made was terrible and when my friend let them know that I didn't care, she reacted briefly: “Well, so it is done.” eating was very dirty. I was underwhelmed. the atmosphere was pleasant, although the lights were only a little too low."

"The food was creative and delicious. We were there on a Sunday and it was pretty empty, but the waitress was not very attentive and we had to wait 10 minutes or more to get the menu. The food came quickly and as I said it was excellent. Maybe our waitress just had a day off."

"Overall, the food was average. The burgers were large, however, you pay a premium for French fries. I would rather they just inflate the price and make French fries standard. The included item is potato chips. My mom and daughter had the burgers and said they were pretty good. I had the stuffed shrimp, which didn't have a lot of flavor. I could tell I was eating shrimp and crab, but there wasn't much flavor. The portion was four stuffed shrimp. However, the shrimp were of the medium variety that I would buy at my local market. They were ripped with a tablespoon size crab ball. I had to pay a premium for cheese on my potato. This dish was $29, which I was prepared to pay, but was disappointed when it came out. Or meal was $95 (including a 15% tip). I'd also like to add we all had water to drink. I think the bill was a tad too much when two people in my party had a burger. The best part was dining outside right at the water. I drove from central Virginia to dine there, and am not sure if do it again. Just so so."

"From the menu it looked like there were no vegan options that they were listed only as vegetarian. but my server was able to ask about any of the options (and find out which gluten-free were) that was very helpful. she didn't let me feel like an inconvenience and was very enthusiastic about the help. all staff were very friendly, and they are well equipped to help them find a good option on the menu. I had the impossible flesh-dead that was one of the best meal I've ever had. our server has told a lot and it has not disappointed that it came with vegan kartoffels (what they raving about) and green beans. it was very enjoyed and the atmosphere, friendly service and soothing knowledge of the server made it a really pleasant experience. I just wish they would mark the menu!"
