"When we walked into the restaurant the hostess was on the phone. She continued to have a phone conversation while she sat us at a table and told us to “hold a minute.” The host went to clean the next table, walked to the kitchen and back to the host stand when she finally got off of her phone. At the host stand she began to talk to a friend about a party happening soon. When the host finally came back to the table she took our drinks (it took about 5-10 min for water). When the host came back with our other drinks we began to order and she told me to hold on. She yelled across to the bar and said, “what don’t we have today?” We left afterward and we will not be returning."
