"I love Barr's Music City Soul Food. I often get it directly after work. I have no idea what happened with my order. The Smothered Pork Chops were terrible. They were overcooked, dry, cold as hell... and the gravy was congealed and never melted. It was never anything but a gel regardless of heat or water added or whatever. I shouldn't have eaten it. The macaroni and cheese was decent. The dressing was dried crumbs, and they did not put any gravy on it. I'm not gonna lie. I was grateful for the lack of gravy. The Peach Cobbler was the only thing that was hot, and it was fairly peach less. They included another dessert at no extra charge, and that red velvet cake was delicious. The roll was fine and they included a cornbread muffin which was decent too. I'll give them another chance IN PERSON so I can see what's good and what looks old. I feel like my plate was frozen and they had to defrost it. Soggy and pretty bad overall. They have a good track record with me, so this time... they're forgiven."

"We used The Pepper Pott to cater a lunch for 40 people on my team. The food was delivered promptly and was still nice and hot. We have folks with a variety of dietary needs and not only were they all accommodated but the food was sublime. I don't have any pictures to share because we all inhaled our food. Everything was delicious, the juices were refreshing, and the lunch was a hit. I can't say enough good things and definitely will be reaching out to them again for our next group order. 10 stars!Vegetarian options: The rice and peas, cabbage, and jack fruit received rave reviews from the plant based members of my team!Dietary restrictions: My team is comprised of folks with an array of dietary needs and The Pepper Pott was able to accommodate them all vegetarian options, vegan options, dairy free options, and allergy requests. Everyone was able to eat a delicious meal without having to compromise on variety of options or flavor."
