"Very disappointed from the outset. There aren't any clear instructions on what to do when arriving and it's a huge place. We were rudely told to go back to the door and wait. We did, without complaint. 15 minutes later they were still doing a great job of pretending we went there. Considering our hotel made a reservation for us, there seemed little hope of getting seated. In the end we left and to be honest, the food arriving at tables looked mediocre at best. In the end they did us a favour. We went somewhere nearby with gorgeous food and they couldn't have been nicer. Thank you Impasto for saving us an average meal with shoddy service."
