"I 've heard how good the food was at Spondivits, so I was very excited to walk in last Sunday evening. I saw there was a long wait for a table, so I told the hostess I would take a seat at the bar. As I approached the bar stool a gentleman (who had also been standing at the host/hostess stand) told me to take a seat on the other side. I walked over and sat down, this was at 7:02pm and I was never offered a menu. Ten minutes went by with no sever approaching the table, and still no menu. Five minutes later a server came to the table next to mine, took their drink order and walked away. Still nothing was said to me, and still no menu. After waiting five more minutes I walked back up front and asked to speak to the manager. I told Dale (the Manager) that I had been there for 20 minutes with no menu and no server. I explained to him why I sat at that table etc. His response to me was I don 't know who sat you there, so there 's nothing I can do about it . I looked at him in disbelief and told him that he didn 't seem too concerned. There was only two people standing at the host/hostess stand when I came in, one was a man and the other was a woman. He shrugged his shoulders and said ok . After that I left. I don 't care how good the food is supposed to be. This place has horrible customer service and management. I refuse to give them my hard earned money."
