"Piccadilly's is a great place to meet. The restaurant is always clean. The tables are cleaned promptly so that patrons can be seated immediately. The floors are kept free of debris. The restroom is well stocked with supplies, and is clean and fresh. The servers and hostess are super friendly and professional. The hostess is top of the line. She serves with class and a smile. She makes sure everyone has whatever they need. She brings your tray to the table if you need help. She makes sure that you have straws, napkins, and take out trays before you even request those items The food is great. I love the varied selections; sometimes it's hard to choose! The food is hot and fresh. It's also not heavily seasoned. The cornbread is the best. The desserts are plentiful and fresh. The serving area is kept clean and organized. Overall, Piccadilly's is an excellent place to meet for good food and fellowship. The atmosphere is great for families to enjoy southern homestyle cooking. I highly recommend at least one visit, but be prepared because once is not enough!!"

"We have frequented this establishment for the past few years whenever in Hollywood. However, this year the hostess/maitre d’ was rude and less than accommodating. My server was pleasant and the food was still good but she left me with a bad taste in my mouth and we probably will never go back unless she gets schooled in customer service and actually smiled instead of making me and my group feel unwelcome and looking like she sucked on a lemon."
