"Terrible experience, I made 11:45 reservations and once I got not a waitress came to the table to welcome us or give us water. When I finally had a waitress, she took our orders and then came back to say that the kitchen was closed. we wanted to order drinks and not drinks yet, then we were told that we had to sit on the bar to be waited, sucking the barkeepers holdings. we were only allowed to close a drink before. how did I make reservations in a restaurant that did not intend to serve us, nor allowed us to place an order."

"We really enjoyed our first dinning experience in Capital Grille. It was our 40. Wedding day! The food was fantastic to the bone? Our table was nicely decorated and welcoming. Staff have provided the best customer service experience ever! But waitress Maria was the best of the best. Thank you for being part of our 40. "Fianco was a needed addition to Valley Forge Casino's restaurant choices. LP Steak is the high end place to go and is delicious. The Valley Tavern in the lobby of the Radisson is the pub style restaurant where anyone can go to enjoy a good meal. The food court of course is good for a quick bite to eat. But FIANCO .... FIANCO rounds out the choices nicely because it is set in an expensive restaurant style (low lighting, candles on the tables etc) but the prices do not blow you away. The portion sizes were perfect so you don't feel like a stuffed pig and for some of you there may even be room for dessert....Go try this gem and MANGIA !!!!!"

"Miss. Lillian was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and went above and beyond as our waitress. Especially when my boyfriend didn’t like his dessert due to the strawberry shortcake being very soggy with no flavor. Miss. Lillian was extremely upbeat and eager to please us. She went to the point of putting frozen raspberries in my champagne"

"Beware : unless you are male or a young couple, donât expect any courtesy or accommodation by the surly male host. We (two senior women) were given the worst table, and despite a request for different seating were told more or less, if we did not like it, we could leave. This, despite the fact that there were other tables and men in pairs were seated at them when arriving after us. I would have left, but the woman accompanying me wanted to remain. There are many upscale restaurants in the area. However, pre pandemic we enjoyed the food and service here. Choose Capital Grill, Mortonâs , Sullivanâs, if you are women, want upscale dining, and respect."

"Wanted to share what an extraordinary time my wife and friends had at J. Alexander’s on Friday May 20. We were there to celebrate a monumental moment and this was a great place to go. Our Waiter Mike was very helpful with explaining the menu items He was fantastic. The other pleasurable moments was when General Manager Taylor Edmund made sure we didn’t leave without tasting the deserts. Wow! They were amazing, I’m still reeling from the warm carrot cake. Just a wonderful evening and we look forward to our next event here. Thanks for everything."

"This was the worst experience I've had in a restaurant in a very long time. This evening was supposed to be an enjoyable birthday celebration for my husband but it was ruined by inept and inefficient service as well as poorly prepared food. The waiter NEVER checked in with us nor did he ever apologize for the horrible service we had to endure for nearly hours. We were seated at and did not receive our soup until We patiently waited for our entrees and only after we spoke to the manager was our food finally served to us at By that time I had lost my appetite by that time and my husband's birthday celebration had been ruined. The brussell sprouts had no taste, the potatoes were not cooked thoroughly, the wine we ordered was not served until our meal was almost over, and we had to pour it ourselves. Our children drove all the way from Philadelphia to join us for dinner and I felt so bad about wasting their valuable time to come to a restaurant as poor as Sullivan's. I regret choosing Sullivan's instead of Morton's and I will never return to Sullivan's again. Furthermore, I plan to tell everyone I know to stay away from Sullivan's as well."
