"I tried the ride to lunch yesterday, food was just okay. Customer service was not very good, the guy in the window didn't seem friendly just asked to pay not really say anything else. I would say to each of his, but don't expect a chick to experience this place. I can probably take some of this behavior when the food was above average, but I think between customer service and mildly warm chicken sandwich I?d say that this is a 2-star rating. First time to come to this place"

"We usually love coming here, but this time was a guy. The food was still delicious? we have an enlightened spinach salad and a pepperoni pizza. Our waiter was great until he forgot to bring our salad. We did it, but only after we remembered it 40 minutes later. Apparently, waiting was so long because many online orders had passed. Why are they more important than people who actually sit in the restaurant? At least we have the salad for free."

"Been going to Longhorns for two decades. Now I have to speak out. Food quality had diminished to a point where things are unpalatable. Our appetizer (which came out after the meal) was riddled with too much salt and/or MSG. My steak was improperly cooked. I ordered medium and got very rare. Service was mediocre at best. My drink order was pooched twice. I won't be back anytime soon."
