"Very disappointed. Such a great location and destination. I don't think they care about customers. Books for 2 o'clock. Early advised and was said to wait 1 hour for food. How difficult is a Sunday roast? They were not even half full (including garden). Not enough staff clear. I waited 20 minutes in the bar to serve a drink. The food was disappointing upon arrival. Hard beef. It is not enough to hope that the site will overshadowed bad service and quality. I'm not coming back."

"Hey The Bear And the Barge was in this community harts I remember the days when was called the horses and Barge. It not always bee grate place, but after recent owners transform this place to family friendly and dog friendly is place to be....My food ang drinks never dispoint me I had a My St Birhtday on the Aprir and made me feel like I m special. I'm in bear garden now and enjoy sunshine. So easy to order food and drinks the garden is packed but myorets came promptly. Love you The Bear On The Barge . Job well done "

"Me and my partner booked a week in advance for a table at o'clock we was running ten minutes late because traffic, phoned up the restaurant spoke to a women who didn't even bother to take our name to let her know we was...in traffic but we was on our way she said it was fine they hold the table. We got there at minutes past and the man said he had given our table away we said to him we just drove all the way here and spoke to your colleagues who said it was fine if your abit late.He turned us away without going to even see if there was any other seating or if we could wait minutes till someone leaves he didn't even try the staff just seemed like they were not interested never will I give these people money."
