"Food was okay, but they could not accept the $50 gift card that I wanted to pay with, even if I could show them that it had a balance when you review it on their website. They claimed something was related to their system. That's really not my problem. I wouldn't even eat here if I knew they couldn't take my gift card. The manager had every ability to help the situation, but they failed. What a great disappointment for my birthday dinner, never again"

"The chicken strip kids meal appeared to have been cooked twice. the chicken was very over cooked. Thankfully there was applesauce to eat because the chicken was inedible. The quesadilla was excellent and the donut holes were amazing. I was sad I saved them for last."

"The food here is awesome! Really large restaurant, so you don't feel too crowded on top of other people. Food was really fresh, biscuits are a 10/10. Take out through app is super easy. They also offer curbside pickup. Tons of parking."

"The printed-out signs on the doors said they were to close at 9 PM, as do the hours posted online. Nothing about closing 2 hours early posted anywhere, but they locked one door at a few minutes after 7 PM and put a trash can in front of the other to stoppeople from coming in. So...not sure if they are too short-staffed and the company/franchisee isn't compensating people wellenough to staff the place during business hours? Or there are a lot of people out sick or there was an event or an emergency? Ican only speculate, as the person putting the garbage can in front of the door was actively avoiding eye contact while she didit. Whatever the reason, why not just print or even write a sign with the hours your business will actually be open and postthat on the door?"

"My family and I were in Springfield, MA for a short vacation to the Basketball HOF and Six Flags. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn that has this Uno Pizzaria and Grill attached. We decided to try it as my family had never eaten there. We loved it! The service was fast and polite, the food was delicious and it was a great family atmosphere. It was terrific and we can't wait to go back."
